His professional life started at the Gary Post Tribune with his first job in Advertising Sales. Ken quickly rose to managerial positions there and continued his career at other papers across the country including: San Francisco Chronicle, The Arizona Republic and Pheonix Gazette and The New Hampshire Union Leader.
Ken was blessed and enjoyed over 20 years of retirement in the beautiful state of Arkansas.
Throughout his life he enjoyed many hobbies: reading (especially Mark Twain), golfing with his buddies and fishing alone.
The final years of Ken's life were spent in Carson City closer to his beloved family.
