Barbara was born November 20, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia, daughter of the late Harry Weston Chappell, Sr. and Mary Riley Chappell. She was co-owner of Eigie-Bob’s Children’s Store and attended Young Harris College. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Emily Padgett, Betty Smith.
Survivors include a brother, Harry Weston, Jr. and (Betty Ann) Chappell; numerous nieces and nephews loved her.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, March 2nd at 2:00 P.M. at Sunset Memory Gardens with Rev. Kevin Lobello officiating.
