Clifford Alan Acuff

Dr. Acuff was born May 2, 1953, in Perkins, Oklahoma, the son of Cecil Warner Acuff and Carol Barbara (Staley) Acuff .

He was preceded In death by his mother, Carol Acuff.

Dr. Acuff was an Orthodontist for 25 years. He loved to work with his hands, loved to work with wood, loved being out west playing “cowboy,” but most of all he loved his family.

Surviving are his children, Samuel Acuff of Cartersville, Seth Acuff of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Callie Acuff of Longmont, Colorado and Molly Acuff of Cartersville, Georgia, his father, Cecil Acuff of Perkins, Oklahoma and two brothers, Chris Acuff of Oklahoma and Craig Acuff of Houston, Texas.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 11, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Faith United Methodist Church with Rev. Charlie Marus officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
