He was born November 14, 1927 son of the late Ed & Odell Jones. Clifford loved music. He and his brother sang at numerous churches and at different occasions. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a friend to everyone and never met a stranger. He was preceded by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include his life time companion, fiancé and caretaker, Faye Satterfield; a nephew, Carl (Bobbie) Perkins; a niece & family, Cathy, Shane & Chi Ward, Martha and Randy Holmes; numerous other nieces , nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be at Owen Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 18th at 12:00 – 2:00 PM followed by a graveside service at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. David Summey officiating. Interment will follow.
