Mr. Cotner was born on February 10, 1960 in Atlanta, GA to the late Raymond Miller Cotner and Evelyn Jeanette Cotner.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Connie Fay Cotner, Barbara Brown and Jean Mitchell; brothers, David Cotner, Joseph “Jody” Cotner, and Samuel “Ray”Cotner.
Mr. Cotner is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Cody (Shelby) Cotner; sisters and brother-in-law, Linda (Travis) Towns and Nita Cotner; brothers, Kenny Cotner and Wesley Cotner as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was employed and retired from Dignity Memorial-Roswell Funeral Home and Green Lawn Cemetery. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors.
Gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 4-8 pm at Owen Funeral Home.
