Mr. Leweis was born in Tennessee, the son of Michael David Thomas Lewis and the late, Diana Sue (Hammock) Lewis, had always worked in the restaurant business and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving is his wife, Stacey Lewis of Dalton, children, Robyn Michelle Lewis of Seattle, Washington, Megan and Ian Lowry of Dalton, his father, David Thomas Michael Lewis of Andersonville, Tennessee and a sister, April Lewis of Tennessee.
