Mr. Duggan Garner, 57 of Taylorsville, GA passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Duggan was born April 15, 1961 to Dr. Cyler Duggan Garner Sr. and Mrs. Fay Baggett Garner in Macon, GA.
Duggan was a devoted father and husband. He had a great sense of humor and truly believed duct tape and ten feet of rope could hold down the world. He dreamed of owning a Harley Davidson motorcycle. He truly loved life and spending time being Paw Paw to his grandchildren. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Mrs. Tamara Dennard Garner, sons; Cyler "Trey" (Marika) and Wesley (Lindsey) Garner, daughter, Christina Garner, grandchildren; Vivian and Cylee Garner, father, Dr. Cyler Duggan Sr., sister, Donna Garner Poole and nephews; Matthew, Cyler and Conner Poole.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at Owen Funeral Home Thursday, February 28, 2019 at one o'clock in the afternoon with the Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating.
The family will receive friends after the service until three o'clock in the afternoon.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Pickens County 4-H-Shotgun Team, 502 Stegall Drive, Jasper, GA, 30143.
