Eloise Baker

Mrs. Baker was born December 11, 1927, the daughter of Patterson Isaiah and Mary Bessie (Cook)Davis and was a member of Rowland Springs Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters and four brothers.

Surviving is her husband, Edward Baker of Rydal, Children, Jeff and Deb Baker of Pine Log, Joe and Dinah Baker of Kennesaw, Lisa and David Greeson of Pine Log, Sam Baker of Roswell, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, sister Bobbie Bruce and husband Bill of Kennesaw, two sisters in law, Sue Davis of Rome, Mary Sue Davis of Kilpatrick, Alabama and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 22, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Rowland Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Ringwalt officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church Monday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and honorary pallbearers will be nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Rowland Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 79 Rowland Springs Rd. Cartersville, GA 30121.

Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Drive, Cartersville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
