

Eloise Williams, age 87, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2025. She was born on March 31, 1938, in Jacksonville, Alabama, to the late James and Kitty Bradley. Eloise later made her home in Fairmount, Georgia, where she lived a life centered on faith, family, and service.
Eloise was a dedicated and hardworking woman who retired after a successful career as a supervisor with AT&T. She took great pride in her work and was known for her professionalism and leadership. A woman of strong faith, she was a faithful member of Open Doors Baptist Church of Jasper, Georgia and Faith Baptist Church in Spring Hill, Florida.
Family was the heart of Eloise’s life. She deeply loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and took great joy in caring for and providing for those she loved. Eloise was always well presented, carrying herself with grace and dignity. She also had a passion for cooking and was happiest when preparing meals for her family, making sure everyone was well fed and cared for.
In addition to her parents, Eloise was preceded in death by her brother, Melvin Bradley; her sister, Dora Carr; and her spouses, David Williams and Mitchell Bonds.
She is survived by her loving children, Judy Rapp (Mike Rapp) and Michael Bonds; her cherished grandchildren, James Bonds, Brandon Rapp (Amberly Rapp), and Brian Rapp (Savannah Rapp); and her adored great-grandchildren, Brantley Michael Rapp, Ava Gene Rapp, and Rhett Mitchell Rapp.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place at Pine Ridge Cemetery in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Eloise will be remembered whose life was defined by love, faith, and quiet strength. Her legacy of care and dedication will live on through her family for generations to come.
