Hayes is preceded in death by his grandparents Linda Wood, Herbie Black, Lorie Knox, Zack Knox, Mary and Clifford Barnette.

He is survived by his parents Eric and Alli Bell; siblings, Slade; Dax; and Colt Bell; grandparents, Shannon Black (Crystal); Randy Black; Jimmy Bell (Elise); great-grandparents, Byron Wood (Faye); Alice Black; James Bell (Glenda); Dianne Knox; uncles, Ty Black (Whitney); Craig Leonard; Fischer Bell; Dominic Walker; aunts, Cydney Cochran (Chad); Cadence Walker; cousins, Emma; Maci; Waylon; Merrick; Zea; and godmother, Lindsay Teitsort.

A celebration of life will be conducted at Crosspoint City Church on Wednesday, September 18th at 1:00pm with Pastor James Griffin officiating.
