Heather is my older cousin, but I always looked up to her as a sister I never had. I have a ton of memories with her while I was growing up. I was always at her house. I wanted to be like her. I remember always wanting my hair to be like hers. It was so pretty and curly. I think I even got a perm to attempt it. My  funniest memory I can remember is when I was first learning how to drive. She was teaching me, she kept telling to "get my foot off the brake and the gas at the same time"  it didnt end very well. Another learning to drive memory, I was sitting in my mom and dads Honda, I was about to take my best friend home.  Well I put it in reverse and pressed the gas, the car wouldn't go anywhere. I didnt know what was wrong. I mean I had it floored. All of a sudden I moved and backed up the hood of Heather's car. I didnt know she was parked behind me. Oops. Either way she didnt get mad.  It just gave her more motive for her to teach me in her Malibu. I sure do love and miss her so much. She was one of a kind. 

Heather made such an incredible impact on my life and both of my children. She always made moments special and celebrated the special holidays and birthdays with each of them as if they were her own. She has been one of my best friends for the past 9 years. She will be truly missed by her family, friends, her daycare kiddos and loved ones. No one could ever take her place. Rest In Peace ❤️

My favorite and most vivid memory of Heather is from a vacation that our Aunt Marsha took her, my brother- Nathaniel, and I on.  Heather was likely 8 or 9, Nathaniel 9/10, which made me around 11/12 and the four of us went to the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina.  While doing the tour we had these tape cassettes to listen to as our tour guide., but Heather - she kept dropping hers.  The Biltmore has these beautiful inlay hardwood floors and the "old" women that stood guard in each room nearly died every time Heather dropped that walkman.  Heather dropped that thing so often we just started laughing - you see you never got in trouble when with Aunt Marsha.  Heather had to drop that stupid walkman at least a 100x.  She dropped it down a metal, spiral staircase, she dropped it in the room where the indoor pool was, she dropped in the indoor bowling alley, the great room, the conservatory and  each time that dumb thing landed with a big BOOM giving those poor "guard" ladies a heart attack, but we just laughed.  The four of us laughed so hard - full body,  belly laughs- we had tears rolling down our eyes.  Those old "guards" were probably never so happy to see our self-guided tour end and us four hooligans  vacate that property.  Regardless, we had a great time and we had lots of laughs.  One of my favorite memories ever and Heather was at the crux of it.  Now both Aunt Marsha and Heather are gone.  Barely two years apart.   Both dying far too young and far too soon from breast cancer.  I always have, but now I will cherish this memory even more.  Rest In Peace, Heather. ~Haley

I am forever grateful for the love and care that granddaughter Addy got from you.  I hope God makes you the angel in charge of all the littles in heaven.  God Bless your kids and may they be watched over and protected.  You will be missed by many 

Heather was a special woman who cared very much for her family. She was a person who held nothing back be it good or bad she let you know. My best memory is all of us attending The Back Street Boys concert. We all had a blast. She will be missed by all who knew her but especially her children . Please know they will be taken care of Heather here on Earth and you will always live in their hearts. Your laugh will never leave me! 💔 Yvonne
