Janice Keith

Janice was born on January 1, 1961. She loved the Lord with all her heart and was a faithful servant throughout her life. She was blessed with amazing creativity which she shared with others in the form of quilts, flowers, cakes, decorating and so much more.

She loved others like Jesus and touched more lives than she’ll ever know.

Janice’s children and grandchildren were the absolute loves of her life. There is nothing she wouldn’t do for them. The light and love she brought them will forever be missed.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Hazel Wilson. She is survived by her sons and their spouses, Justin Keith (Jessica), Kevin Keith (Brittany); her sisters Christie Rogers (Hal) and Rhonda Posey (Bill); and her grandchildren, Bailee, Gunner, Gavin and Elizabeth.

Janice spread the love of Christ to everyone she met and her testimony will far outlast her time on earth. Her greatest legacy will be her children and grandchildren carrying on her faith and and discipleship.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Jerome Black and Jordan Runion officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Keith Dempsey officiating.

Serving as pallbearers are Justin Keith, Kevin Keith, Jeremy Bassett, Wesley Bassett, LaRay Harris and Jacob Black. Honorary pallbearers are Hall Rogers and Bill Posey.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family for two hours prior to service time at Owen Funeral Home.
