Jeanette is preceded in death by her husband, Guy Knight; parents Allen and Sallie Crump; brothers, Harold Crump, Herman Crump; sister, Helen Gilmer. She is survived by her brother, Horace (Betty) Crump; numerous nieces and nephews.
Jeanette was a spunky, strong-willed and God-fearing woman. She loved gardening, fishing and finding a bargain.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, February 2, 2026 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Jacobs and Rev. Darwin Caldwell officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. The interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in East Point, GA at 2:00 pm.
