Mattie Bell Beaver

Mrs. Beaver was born August 4, 1923, in Paulding County, the daughter of the late, Henry and Essie (Clark) House and was a member of Center Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Raymond Tidwell, her second husband, Ernest (E.J.) Beaver, her son, Lewis Tidwell and six brothers.

Surviving is her son and daughter in law, Willie and Geraldine Tidwell of Kingston, daughter in law, Marion Tidwell of Cartersville, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a number of great-great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters in law, Gene and Doris House of Duluth, Charles House of Cartersville, Earnest House of Rockmart and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 5:00-9:00 p.m.

Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
