Patricia Corbin

Mrs. Corbin was born on April 6, 1941 in Kingston, GA, daughter of the late William Elzo Hale and Margaret Deskie Arnold Hale.

Mrs. Corbin enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and cooking for her family.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Catherine Hale; brothers, Ronald and Donald Hale.

Survivors include her husband, Verlon Corbin; son, David (Gretchen) Corbin of Rome, GA; granddaughters, Savannah and Elsa Quay Corbin of Rome, GA; brothers, Chester Hale of Calhoun, GA, Johnny (Dorothy) Hale of Cartersville, GA, Wayne (Martha) Hale of Cartersville, GA, Alvin (Sandra) Hale of Calhoun, GA and Amos Hale of Calhoun, GA; sisters, Jeanette (James) McDonald of Harrison, TN, Sue (Clifford) Ball of Acworth, GA, Jean (Steve) Patterson of Rome, GA, Ruby (Dennis) Watson of Charleston, TN, Gail (Eddie) Turner of Calhoun, GA and Faye Hale of Adairsville, GA; numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at eleven-thirty in the morning on Tuesday, the 22nd of August, 2017 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Britt Brown Madden, Jr. and Gretchen Corbin officiating. Interment will follow at one-thirty in the afternoon at the Georgia National Cemetery.
