Sandra Faye Kelly

Mrs. Kelly was born on February 16, 1943 in Cartersville, GA, daughter of the late Jake Law and Estelle Brown Law.

Mrs. Kelly retired from the Bartow County Water Department after many years of faithful service. She enjoyed reading and spending time outside tending to her gardens. Her greatest joy was traveling with her husband of fifty-six years, Mark Kelly, to their beach home in Panama City.

She is preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Hortense and Telford Kelly; grandson, Andrew Moore.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Kelly; daughters, Angie (Todd) Adams of Cartersville, GA, Lori (James Broussard) Payne of Cartersville, GA and Cindy Howard of Cartersville, GA; grandchildren, Zack and Courtney Moore, Chase (Brittany) Payne, Breanna (Eric) Owens and Mallory and Maggie Howard; great-grandchildren, Noah and Jase Owens and Maddy Boyd; brother, Billy Joe Law of Cartersville, GA; sister, Marthelle (Billy) Andrews of Cartersville, GA; brother-in-law, Harvey Kelly of Cartersville; her beloved dog, Gunner.

Visitation will be held from five o’clock in the evening until eight on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Owen Funeral Home.
