Timothy Darrell Williams

He was born December 16, 1966 in Bartow County, son of Henry Williams and the late Linda Williams. Tim was a loving devoted husband and father who enjoyed hunting and fishing and riding his motorcycle. He had many hobbies, enjoyed raising his farm animals, playing his guitar, going to church and spending time with his family and friends. Tim really enjoyed his job with Bartow County as a row off driver. Not only did he love his job there, but he enjoyed the friends that he got to spend his work days with. He is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Williams; grandparents, Lonnie and Mary Williams, Jack and Rose Lee Stephens; brother-in-law, Bob Mitchell.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Williams of Cartersville; his children, Steven (Jessica) Williams, Amanda (James) Connelly of Cartersville; father and Step-mother, Henry and Peggy Williams of Adairsville; father and mother-in-law, John and Carol Smith of Euharlee; sister, Heather Smith and soon to be brother-in-law Anthony McCoy of White; sister, Amy Mitchell of Rydal; sister-in-law, Ann and Brian Pool of Cartersville; sister-in-law, Kathy Smith of Euharlee; grandchildren, Lonnie and Joelynn Williams of Hiram; step-brother, John Roberson of Adairsville, step-sister, Felecia Thacker of Cartersville; he was very involved with his extended family and loved his nieces and nephews very much.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 2nd at 4:30 p.m. at Faith Tabernacle in Rydal, Ga. with Rev. Hoyt Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Everyone is ask to meet at the church by 4:00 p.m.

There will be a motorcycle escort from Owen Funeral Home to Faith Tabernacle Church. Anyone who would like to ride in honor of Tim, please contact Ricky Jenkins at 770. 880.3393 and meet at Owen Funeral Home at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include Ricky Jenkins, Anthony McCoy, Justin Smith, Adam Smith, Zach Townsend, Kyle Tibbetts.
