Tony Hobson Earl III

Tony was born on July 25, 1954 in Ft. Campbell, KY, son of the late Tony Hobson Earl, Jr. and Margaret Timbs Earl.

Tony proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. After his honorable discharge from the military, he attended and graduated from LaGrange College where he obtained his Master's Degree in Business Administration and Economics. He then started his life-long career in the textile industry and then ended his career at Coca-Cola. He was an avid outdoorsman and spent much of his time on the golf course, fishing and hunting. He was married forty-three years to the love of his life, Sandra Johnston Earl and devoted his time to his children and grandchildren.

Tony is preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law and his mother-in-law, John and Jan Johnston.

Tony is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Earl; children, Ryan (Hannah) Earl, Rachel (Cole) Cochran and Ellis (Breanna) Earl; grandchildren, Annie and Max Cochran, Evan and Samuel Earl, Jackson and Avery Earl; sister, Patricia (Douglas)Norris; brother, Ayshle (Paula) Earl; brother-in-law, Joseph (Paula) Johnston; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at four o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, the 5th of July, 2021 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family for two hours prior to service time at Owen Funeral Home.

He will be laid to rest at Ft. Benning GA military cemetery.
