Barbara was born March 1, 1927 Metheun, MA. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother and made friends where ever she went. She worked for the federal government with the National Center for Health Statistics for over 30 years. Barbara was a member of the Edith Chapter of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded by her husband, Lawerence Joseph Shea.
Barbara is survived by her daughters, Karen Shea and Valerie Shea Toler and husband, Allen; son, Dana Shea; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held 11am Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Raleigh National Cemetery.
