Constance G. Mullen

Constance Gagnon Mullen (Connie), age 97, passed away peacefully at home in Cary, NC on February 23, 2021. She was born on July 11, 1923 in Manchester, New Hampshire. Connie was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Arthur Mullen, also of Manchester. They retired to Cary in 1998 to be near family.

Left to cherish her memory are her 3 daughters, Sue Taylor and husband Bill, Kathleen Donahoe, and Maureen Kelly and husband Bob. Connie was Grammy to her 5 grandchildren Martin, Kyle, Elizabeth, Caitlin and Michael and 4 great grandchildren Carter, Kiersten, Jack, and Madden.

Connie’s favorite pastimes were playing bridge and shopping. She loved dogs, flowers and gardening, and sports, especially the Washington Football Team.

Due to Covid-19, a private burial service will be held.

The family would like to thank the staff at Transitions LifeCare for the care they provided the past 2 months.
