Marian Feingold

Marian was born in Raleigh, NC to the late Sigfried Schafer and Sadie Newstadt Schafer. She earned her life master status in bridge, attended the University of North Carolina as an undergraduate, worked as a real estate agent in Massachusetts, avid golfer and traveler and supporter of many causes and loving parent, grandparent and great grandparent

Marian was preceded in death by her husband Myer Feingold.

She is survived by her sons, William S. Feingold and his wife, Pamela of Lynnfield, MA; and Howard Feingold of West Denis,MA; brother, Leon Schafer of Raleigh; 3 grandchildren, Robert, Andrew, and Rachel; and 2 great grandchildren, Alexandra and Camden.

A private graveside service will be held at Raleigh Hebrew Cemetery at 9AM on Thursday, August at 23, 2012. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 11AM at Galloway Ridge, 300 Clynelish Close Road, Pittsboro, NC 27312 in the auditorium or an area to be designated.
