I'm so suddened for her family.  She was my first girl friend. She will be greatly missed.

I was very sadden at the news of Paula's passing. We were very close friends in high school and at church. We had many mutual friends.  I hadn't seen Paula since leaving Norfolk in 1969 but tears filled my eyes when I saw her picture. May God Bless.

Paula had many good friends from her days at Granby High School in Norfolk.  Her passing brings to mind many wonderful memories of a beautiful young woman.

Paula became a good friend as we planned local mission activities for several years for the FBC youth group.  Paula was very dedicated to whatever task she accepted and always served with a heart for God and for all the youth.   Her ever-present smile was an encouragement to everyone who knew her.

I loved getting to know Paula during our mission trips with FBC.  She was a true team player and always had a beautiful smile.  There is no doubt another angel in heaven.  Brittany and Kelly....please know that you mom touched many lives and was loved by many.  You will be in our prayers.

Paula was a great friend, Sunday School teacher, prayer sister and Mom. She loved her children, We enjoyed ballgames, walking and talking about life, the Lord and our children. It has been a blessing and honor for me to have known Paula. I will miss her, but my memories of her will forever be with me.  Brittany, Kelly and family you are all in my prayers.

Brittany and Kelly, I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom.  She was always so cheerful and friendly.  The two of you were her pride and joy.  She was such a good mom to you and such a good friend to all.  I hope your faith will get you through this difficult time.  My thoughts and prayers are with you. I pray that you will find comfort in the fact that your mom had a great faith and has gone to be with God in heaven.

Paula was a wonderful Christian friend. She was always so positive about everything and everyone. Kelly and Brittany, she was so proud of the two of you. It is my hope that all of the memories you shared will help you through this time. I know that your mom is happy in heaven now and will continue to watch over you from above. My family and I will continue to keep you in our prayers.

Paula was a special lady indeed and her Admissions family at NC State will miss her very much.  She always had a smile and a kind word to say; she was a wonderful encourager, friend, mentor, and "mom" to some of us in the office.  (And she made the most amazing chocolate cake!!!!)  I truly admired her faith and find peace knowing that she is surely in heaven smiling down upon us.  I know her two daughters are her greatest & proudest treasure here on earth and she loved you both so very much!  My prayers are with you now in this difficult time.  I know Paula's spirit & joy will live on through you both; it was a gift and a blessing to have known her.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Paula was a good friend, great Mother, and dedicated Christian. I enjoyed all of our trips to Caswell and working with our youth group. She was so proud of her two girls! I never heard Paula say anything negative about anyone or any situation. I remember helping her move to Raleigh so she could be close to her girls. She gave me a hibiscus that day! Everytime I look at it now, I will think of her. She will be greatly missed!

We enjoyed the many years that we knew the Bristol family.  They were good neighbors and church members.  Starla enjoyed being in the same Sunday School class with Paula.  Paula was a kind and gracious woman.  It was a pleasure knowing her.
