Ralph Bacon Payne, Jr., 85, of Cary, died on February 7, 2017. Ralph is survived by his wife, Audrey Marge Payne; children, Ellen Payne Calos, and her husband Perry, and Charles Henry Payne, and his wife, Kaye; and two grandsons, Charles Henry Payne, Jr., and Andrew James Payne, and his wife, JJ Joyce Baylosis-Payne. He was preceded in death by his brother, Stuart Payne.
After working forty years in the publishing industry, Ralph retired as the Vice President of Huebner Publishing. He was a devoted member of Colonial Baptist Church in Cary. Ralph was a family man, who also loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He loved caring for his family and took great pride in his children and grandchildren. They fondly remember his sense of humor and witty personality.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 2:00pm at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 Southeast Maynard Road, Cary, NC.
