Bob was born on March 29, 1937, in Bristol, Connecticut, to the late Lelia (Lariviere) LeFebvre and Gustave Moise LeFebvre. He grew up in Bristol and was a graduate of Bristol High School. Following his education, Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Bob spent nearly his entire professional career as an accountant for Barnes Group Manufacturing in Bristol, Connecticut, where he was known for his dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic. His commitment to his work reflected the same steady values he carried throughout his life.
A man of deep faith, Bob was a member of Holy Infant Catholic Church in Durham, North Carolina. He was a 4th Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus and generously volunteered his time at the VA Hospital in Durham, NC, offering support and companionship to fellow veterans. Bob also enjoyed camping and spending time outdoors, especially when it meant sharing those moments with family and friends.
Above all, Bob was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was well known for his quick “dad” jokes, warm smile, and love of good food—especially when gathered around the table with those he loved. His quiet generosity, steady presence, and deep devotion to family will be remembered always.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Ann (Maras) LeFebvre; his children, Julie LeFebvre Warzecho and her husband Jeffrey Warzecho, Paul LeFebvre, Mark LeFebvre and his wife Missy LeFebvre, and Michael LeFebvre and his wife Jamie LeFebvre; and his grandchildren, Brandon Warzecho, Lauren Schuchard, Kate Martin, Dylan LeFebvre, Alex LeFebvre, Easter Dodd, Melissa LeFebvre, Kyle LeFebvre, Autumn Baham, and Kayla Nelson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and his brother, George LeFebvre.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Pierre LeFebvre and Raymond LeFebvre.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Holy Infant Catholic Church, 5000 Southpark Drive, Durham, North Carolina 27713. Visitation will be held at the church beginning at 10:00 AM, prior to the Mass.
