He was a graduate of NYU and Albany Law School, an Army veteran, and a government employee (IRS) as well as a committed defender of the Constitution. He was a member of the ACLU and Good Shepherd congregation in Cary, NC. His greatest desire was to be a true Christian Gentleman.
He loved bluegrass and classical music, and played the dulcimer when he was younger. The family is blessed to have known his unique light.
He is preceded in death by his wife Karin, and is survived by his son, Christopher of Wiscasset, ME, and his daughter, Heidi (Jason) and the jewel of his heart, granddaughter Ulrika, of Apex, NC.
