Pyramid Consulting, Inc.
In Memory of My Father
Rachel Yeung
On February 8, 2023, my father Philip Yeung passed away suddenly and went to be with the Heavenly Father. My father was born in Hong Kong on April 7, 1965, and grew up in Upper Wong Tai Sin Estate, Kowloon. He was the youngest son of his father, Jo Yeung and his mother Oi Ho Luk, the fifth child in his family, the loving husband of Siu-sum (Ivy) Chan, and beloved father of older daughter Rachel and younger daughter Vincy.
My father went to Canada from Hong Kong in 1989 looking for opportunities to study abroad, and traveled from Canada to Rhode Island in the United States. In 1991 he came to North Carolina, went to Wake Tech Community College and then entered Campbell University the following year, majoring in Computer Science. After graduating, he worked in AT&T for about 15 years, and then worked in different computer network companies. He was employed by Pyramid Consulting, Inc. before his death.
My father loved to watch TV with his two daughters in his spare time and also loved to cook, got along with everyone, always ready to lend a helping hand and meet up with new friends.
My father made the commitment to believe in the Lord in Raleigh Chinese Christian Church in 2015. He enthusiastically participated in the service of the church, caring for brothers, sisters and senior citizens. Although we are parting for a short time now, I know that my mom, Vincy and I will meet my father again in Heaven.
