Butch was a lifelong resident of Casa Grande. He was the first-born grandson of Diwan Singh and he farmed alongside his father Max Nichols until his health declined. Later, he found joy in flying RC Planes, cooking his generational curry recipe and sharing his kick-butt salsa with his family. His greatest joy was his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Butch is survived by his children: Erica (David) Barajas, Jessica (Dylan) Nichols Murray, and Michael (Danielle) Nichols. Siblings: Penny Nichols, Angela Bolt, Larry Nichols, eleven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Butch is proceeded in death by his parents Max and Nora Nichols, Siblings: Norma Johnson and Maxine Nichols.
Though he is no longer with us, we rejoice knowing he rest in the peace of Christ, and we will meet again in God’s eternal kingdom.
A Celebration of life will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 10:00 am, First Baptist Church of Casa Grande, 222 E. 8th St. Casa Grande, Az. 85122
