Danielle Lashay Newton

She never met her father who passed away before she was born.

Her grandmother Ruthie, and aunt Rita would remain a constant part of her life.

Danielle gave her life to the lord early on, and was baptized with the direction of her Aunt BZ who would take all the children to church and made sure they knew their bible, and to love the lord and pray.

Her only child Aisha Newton was born in November of 2003. Aisha was her pride and joy and loved her deeply. She dedicated her life to making sure she would go to college and graduate. She loved all her nieces and nephews, always giving and never missing a birthday or graduation. She loved hard. She loved singing karaoke, riding around with friends, and spending time with family.

She leaves to cherish her memory. Her daughter Aisha Newton, mother JoAnn Hall, and stepfather Gregory Hall. Five brothers Terrell Gilder, Robert Freeman, and Jarrel Gaines, all of Casa Grande, Arizona, Minister Connel Newton of Atlanta, Georga, and Apostle Dr Earl Newton Sr of Phoenix, Arizona.

A best friend/sister Tracy Sampson of Casa Grande, Arizona, and a special person who she loved and wanted the best for, Michael Jones.

She is preceded in death by her father Donnell Newton, grandparents Elmo, and Johnnie Mae Gilder, Ruthie Webster, and sister Adaisha “Bitty” Gilder.

She leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
