She was the beloved wife of J.R. for 65 years. She was of great faith in the Lutheran church, attending those schools until graduating from high school.
Karen was a Detroit native, graduating with a R.N degree, she worked in ICUs, prisons, nursing homes, Doctors offices as she followed J.R. as he located in 16 venues around the country during his Career with the Federal Prison System. She was a member at Trinity Lutheran Church where she loved to play bridge and tennis with her buddies.
Karen survived by her husband (J.R), her 2 boys (Gregg and Terry) and 2 grandsons (Vincente and Alonzo), J.R., was at her side when she took her last breath, as she asked the Lord to take her to heaven.
Karen was preceded in death by her brother (Ron) and parents (Edna and Albert) and Ron’s wife (Janet) A brief Ceremony will be held at the family’s home.
