

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Phillip Amer Singh, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, who left this world peacefully at his home on January 12, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born on June 19, 1938, to Amer and Mercy P. Singh in Casa Grande, Arizona. Phillip remained a lifelong resident of Casa Grande, where he nurtured deep roots in the community.
A man of few words, Phillip embodied simplicity and strength. Growing up working on the family farm, he learned the value of hard work and dedication early in life. His career spanned 31 years as a Supervisor of Upholstery at Arizona Umphreds and later at Heilig-Meyers Furniture, where he was respected and known for his craftsmanship. Phillip was a jack of all trades, finding joy in working with his hands and taking pride in his home.
He was a devoted companion to his dog, Woody, who stood by his side as both protector and friend. In his quiet moments, Phillip enjoyed watching Western Movies, Fox News and occasionally tested his luck at the casino. His love for family and simple pleasures defined his character, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He and his beloved wife, Rosie, were inseparable, sharing a bond that was evident in their every endeavor together. Their adventures included visiting their grandchildren, where they created heartwarming memories that will be treasured by all.
Phillip was the cherished son of Amer and Mercy P. Singh and is now reunited with his beloved parents and brothers, George and Charles. He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Rosie Felix Singh, and his three adoring sons, Steve, David (Leticia), and Timmy (Monica); Sister, Mercy S. Kromer. His legacy will continue through his grandchildren: Ashley, Krystal, David Jr., Christopher, Kristen, Johnny, Jennifer, and Josslyn, along with nine great-grandchildren who have all brought immense joy to his life.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Casa Grande, Arizona. The day will begin with a Rosary at 8:30 AM, followed by a Mass at 9:00 AM., Celebrated by Father Ariel Lujan.
As we gather to honor Phillip Singh's remarkable life, we reflect on the warmth and love he shared with us all. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will remain with us, guiding us with wisdom and kindness in the days to come.
