Born in Parsons, Kansas, Virginia moved to Casa Grande in 1962 with her husband, Gilbert Goettsch. Together they established Three G's Flower Shop, where Virginia worked as a dedicated florist for 30 years before retiring. Gilbert preceded her in death in 1984. Later, Virginia married Bill Isom, with whom she shared many years of companionship, before his passing.
Virginia was a proud member of the Presbyterian Church, the P.E.O. Sisterhood and Alpha Epsilon Sorority, finding joy and fellowship in her community. She grew up in a large family with four sisters and two brothers, cherishing those lifelong bonds.
She is survived by her son, Greg Goettsch, and his wife Sharon; two grandchildren, Jennifer Reinhard (husband Matt) and Grady Goettsch (wife Kateri); and four great-grandchildren, Britton, Elliot, Greyden, and Gavin.
Virginia will be remembered for her warmth, creativity, and devotion to family and community. Her legacy lives on in the flowers she lovingly arranged, the friendships she nurtured, and the generations she inspired.
