Nebraska. He is survived by his wife and soulmate, Elaine Berkheimer.
His daughter, Danielle Bottoms; His stepson, Jason Anderson.
His sister, Donna Kelekovich. His grandkids: Shellby Lagimoniere,
Austin Holzer, Emily Alex Anderson. Other immediate family includes:
Bill Moore, Carolyn Ellis and Elvis Beck.
A Visitation service will be held at the Olinger Andrews Chapel, 407 Jerry St,
Castle Rock, Colorado. Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 12 pm to 3 pm.
The first hour, from 12pm to 1pm is private time for the family only.
Everyone is welcome from 1pm to 3pm.
