Louise was born on September 8th, 1934. She grew up in Nutley, New Jersey and graduated from Nutley High School. She later married Adolph Gus Dudeck in August of 1958 and had three children, Leslie, Cheryl, and Brian. In 1972 Gus’ work had them relocate. They packed everything they had and moved west to Sedalia, Colorado. Louise worked at Porter Hospital in Denver, Colorado for 20 plus years as a nurse.
Her pride and joy was her family and spending countless hours with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed scrapbooking, sewing, traveling, supporting her grandchildren with sports and activities, and having dinner dates with friends. Her grandchildren and children always challenged her with her sewing skills asking to make hoodies, ties, first communion dresses, prom dresses, and even wedding dresses.
Her and Gus always traveled and even after Gus’ passing she continued to travel with Ports of Call. Stories of her travels was something her grandchildren always looked forward to hearing.
She always used educational teachings when spending time with her grandchildren correcting them countless times about their grammar. One of the biggest being “ain’t.” Grandma use to tell her grandchildren all the time that “ain’t isn’t a word.” Well grandma we recently looked it up and it is indeed in the Oxford dictionary now.
We are all at peace knowing that Louise has been lifted up by our Lord and Savior and is finally reunited with the love of her life. We will sure miss her love and laughter!
She is preceded in death by her husband Adolph.
She is survive by her children Leslie (Mike) Logan, Cheryl (Terry Nicola) Dudeck, and Brian (Ronda) Dudeck, her sister Glenna Varnes, her grandchildren Amber (Dahlton) Johnson, Travis (Makena) Dudeck, Kylee (Jeremiah) Bossow, and Trent Dudeck, her great grandchildren Dutton Johnson and two more that will make their appearance this spring and summer.
