He was a student at DC Oakes High School. He is survived by his parents, David Lazarus and Christine Murphy Lazarus,
brother Paul, grandmothers Pat King and Nadine Murphy. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
Donations may be made in Matt's name to the Douglas County Educational Foundation, 620 Wilcox St., Castle Rock, CO 80104. In the Memo line of a check, please write, Matt Lazarus. Funds will be used for drug and alcohol counseling at DC Oakes High School and Castle View High School.
