Ann, words cannot express our feeling of sympathy for you and your family. We have always enjoyed our life with Bob and will remember the great times we had thru the years.  Our heart and thoughts go out to you at this time.  Bob has always been a truly special person to all of us....  Bill and Roseann.

Ann, I attended the Mon/Weds Silver Sneakers classes with you and Bob and I just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you.  As one who lost her husband 16 years ago, I do know from experience what you are going through. Dear Ann and the Rutherford clan, Dad told me about Bob's death. We Walters were new to Colorado in 1982 when you Rutherfords took us in and made us feel like family. Bob's kindness and love of life lives on in us all. We skied, hiked and once climbed Longs Peak together, watched movies, and lay on the floor and groaned after many a great family feasts. Bob was a salty character and a true friend. My memories of this time are very clear and warm. Our thoughts are with you.  Love,

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Our prayers are with you.

Bob used to always say that I was the only person at work that had ever seen him without a beard. You've got to know how many years ago that was.

A memory that does not leave me is Bob and Vipin returning to work after lunch with beads of sweat on their forehead. That was my introduction to the Brewery Bar II.

I believe Bob and I started work at Stearns-Roger within 3 months of each other. We had both been at Fluor.

Dear Ann,  It hurts to see Bob pass away.  Hopefully it will heal over time.  I will always cherish the memory of working with him, hiking with him, skiing with him, getting lost in snow blizzards with him, sharing drinks and laughters with him and sharing childhood memories with him. You continue in my prayers!  I am reflecting back on our good times working together of course, but I chose to focus on those treks into the Wind River Range with Bob, Rob and Brad.  What a great guy to share God's creation with, to sit around the campfire and share our fishing tales for the day, and solve most issues facing our families and the world!  Bob carved me a hiking stick that I still have and he gave me a notch for every trek!  Great memories!  Good man!  May you all be blessed with a memory flood of the good times and his place in your life.
