

Bonnie Kay (Fox) DeVito, age 81, formerly of Catonsville, MD., passed away peacefully and surrounded by loving family on Monday, June 26, 2023 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. She was a graduate of William Penn High School and received her AA Degree from Mount Ida Junior College. Bonnie was a parishioner of St. William of York, an accomplished cook, and a enthusiastic member of her condominium association where she served on the board, was event chairperson, learned mahjong, and shared sunset wine on her patio with close friends. She was actively employed until the pandemic began. She cherished life-long friends from West Laurel, MD. and New London, Ct. A beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, family was always Bonnie's first priority and she will be deeply missed. Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Michael Mark DeVito (2016). She is survived by her son Mike, his wife , Crystal, and grandchildren, Sophia and Alex; daughter Pam, her partner, Ron, and grandchildren, Paige (husband Wesley) and Nicholas (great-grandchild, Maverick); and son, Daniel, his wife, Andrea, and grandchildren, Savannah, Mia, and Gabriel.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in Bonnie's memory may be made to the American Red Cross of Central Maryland.
A visitation for Bonnie will be held Friday, June 30, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave, Catonsville, MD 21228.
Funeral services will begin at 4:00 p.m., on Friday, June 30, at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
