On September 22, 2018, Carroll Winford Files passed away; Beloved husband of 53 years to Norma W. Files; Loving uncle of John W. Bailey III (Virginia), Susan L. Fagan (Brent), Stephen P. Bailey (Marilyn), and James H. Baily (Linda); Also survived by one niece, three nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
