 I just happened to look at "In Lasting Memory" at SSA and saw Kathy's name. I'm heartbroken to see that it truly is the Kathy that I knew back when we first started as Benefit Authorizers in the Office of Disability Operations. I remember her foremost as a great worker, so intelligent, such integrity but also so friendly and fun with a beautiful smile. 
There is a better place, if Kathy is there, it must be.

So sorry to hear about Cathy. Always think  about her when I drive pass the house she lived in back in the day on Cooks Lane. Praying 🙏🏽 the Lord Grants Eternal Rest unto you, Cathy!  🙏🏽🌹🙏🏽🌹🙏🏽

I worked with Cathy when she was at International Operations.  She was a great assistant manager and very easy to get along with.  I have never forgotten her kindness and friendship.  She will be greatly missed.

Cathy was a sweet loving person. We knew her through our daughter-In-law, Margaret Frederick. Cathy showed courage, strength, determination and deep faith as she battled her illness. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

As my cousin, Cathy was my first friend, and boy, did we have fun as little girls. From playing with our Chatty Cathies to sneaking maraschino cherries from the our grandparents' bar, we were inseparable when the Fredericks got together. Time and distance didn't make too much of a difference; when we got together as adults, we picked up right where we left off. I was so lucky to be part of her world. My heart aches with her passing. I pray for Barbi, and I hope that warm memories can ease her sorrow.  My deepest sympathies. 

Cathy,  you are so loved by all those who touched your life.  I am so blessed to have grown up with you and Barbi as childhood friends,  which continued into adulthood.
