On January 17, 2023; Charles Benjamin Leonard, Sr. passed away. He was the beloved husband of Jean Leonard (nee Roelecke); loving father of Charles B. Leonard, Jr. and his wife Mary, John Leonard, Robert Leonard, and James Leonard; step father of Lawrence Hurst; devoted grandfather of Jessica, Ben, John, William, Christopher, Andrew, Jason, and Brandon; and numerous great grandchildren.
Charles served in the Army during the Korean War where he earned three Bronze Stars.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 24 from 5-8PM at the Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. A funeral service will be held 10AM, Wednesday, January 25 at the funeral home. Interment in Lorraine Park Cemetery.
