Keegan (Nee Maskell) of Ellicott City; Beloved wife of 50 years to Brian Keegan; Loving mother of Stephen Keegan and his wife Linda, Kevin Keegan and his wife Natalie and Kerry Naunton and her husband Michael. Dear sister of Michael, Kathy, Larry, Mary, Tommy, Raymond and Charles. Cherished grandmother of Maxwell, Louis and Grace Keegan and Tyler and Connor Naunton; Also survived by many nieces and nephews; She was predeceased by her parents, Dorothy and Charles Maskell. She was educated and married at the Shrine of the Little Flower and graduated from Seton High School in 1957.
