She leaves behind her loving son Michael Belcher, her brother Johnny Lansinger and was an aunt to many nieces and nephews.
She was born to Thomas and Kathleen Lansinger. She was a loving sister to Mary Iampieri, Ruth Schroder, Marian Koontz, Kathleen Schisler and Janet Townsend who have previously passed and a loving partner of 25 years to Stewart Powers who passed away in 2015.
Donna was passionate about her kitties, music, singing, playing cards and bowling. She loved going to lunch and Dunkin Donuts with her son. Her favorite singer was Allen Jackson and she attended Trinity United Methodist Church with Stewart Powers for many years.
A visitation will be held at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, located at 1630 Edmondson Ave, Catonsville, MD, 21228, on February 14, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same venue from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
A graveside service will take place at Lorraine Park Cemetery & Mausoleum, 5608 Dogwood Rd, Baltimore, MD, 21207, on February 14, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 1:45 pm.
