On February 3, 2012, JAMES EDWIN THOMPSON, Jr. passed away. He is the husband of Elizabeth S. Thompson; beloved father of Richard Thompson and wife Diane, Joan Pietro, Phyllis Koenig and husband George, Beverly Lynn and husband Brian, Daniel Thompson and fiancé Rachael Finkel; devoted grandfather of seven grandchildren and one great grandchild; dear brother of Charles Thompson, Juanita Debutts and Gloria Donovan and husband Frank.
Family will receive friends on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9PM at STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC.; 1630 Edmondson Avenue; Catonsville, MD 21228; where a funeral service will be celebrated 11AM, Saturday. Interment at a later date in Baltimore National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson’s Disease Foundation; 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509; New York, NY 10018.
