On December 24, 2013, Rachel Elizabeth Fink of Ellicott City; Beloved wife of 57 ½ years to David Fink; Loving mother of Sandi Rutter and Scott Fink (Wisa); Dear sister of James B. Armstrong; Cherished grandmother of Sara, David, Dustin and Barnet; She was predeceased by her parents, James and Ruth Armstrong. She was a Past President and long standing member of the Womens Club of Catonsville.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave. Catonsville, MD 21228 on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. A Memorial Service will be held at the Catonsville Presbyterian Church, 1400 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, 10am.
