Ramon A. Salas, M.D., age 88, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on December 21, 2016. He was predeceased by his father Ramon de Salas, his mother Regina Alburquerque and his brother Luis Salas. He is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Patricia (Brescia) Salas, his son and daughter-in-law Dr. Louis A. Salas and Barbara (Lancaster) Salas, and daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Sam Bayne. He also leaves his loving grandchildren Samuel and Elena Salas and Lindsey and Sara Bayne.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 on Tuesday, December 27, from 3 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 28, 10:00am, St. Mark Chapel, 30 Melvin Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228. Interment New Cathedral Cemetery.
