Regina Landergren Hamilton

Regina Landergren Hamilton, 54, passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday, December 14, 2014 at her home in Concord, NH. Regina was born in Baltimore, MD August 2, 1960. She was a graduate of Milford Mill High School in 1978. She was a very kind and generous person who enjoyed cooking for her family, and spending quality time with her husband and beloved dogs Abbey, Hugo and Moon. One of her most exciting moments was becoming a grandmother for the first time in June 2013. She was overjoyed to have her first grandbaby. After her father’s passing in 1996, she always made sure to “take time to stop and smell the roses.” Her husband, Pete, bought her flowers every week so she could do just that.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 12 years, Peter Hamilton; children Stephanie (Jason) Garee and James (Bethany) Ittner, both of Columbus, OH; cherished grandchild Evelyn Kate; mother Diana Landergen of Baltimore, MD; sister Lisa Finnegan of Westminster, MD; beloved nephew Shane Finnegan of Westminster, MD; stepsons Nathan (Megan) Hamilton of Landaff, NH and Andrew (Maria) Hamilton of Meghuen, MA; aunts Joan Wise of Chestertown, MD and Elizabeth Wise of Towson, MD, cousins Rosemary (Michael) Phillips of Street, MD, Robin Jarvis of Auburn, ME, Diane (Michael) Reilly of Baltimore, MD, Robert (Elizabeth) Albiker of Baltimore, MD and step-grandchildren Marcus, Henry and Angelina. She is preceded in death by her father Henry Landergren. All who knew her were grateful for the time she was with us and she will be missed dearly.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 19, 2014 from 3-7PM at Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Homeof Catonsville, Inc. at 1630 Edmondson Ave. Catonsville, MD 21228. A funeral celebrating Regina’s life will be held the following day, Saturday December 20, 2014 at 11AM at Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association www.fmcpaware.org.
