Russell Francis Cauley II

On February 6, 2013, RUSSELL F. CAULEY, II passed away. He is formerly of Severna Park, Arbutus and Catonsville, MD. He is the beloved husband of the late Rita May Cauley (nee Meyer) of 52 years; proud father of Margaret Kissell, Russell (J. Patricia) Cauley, III, David (Holly) Cauley, Sr. Diane Cauley CSJ, Richard Cauley, Mary Lou (Randall) Shallue and Maureen Suckling; devoted grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; fun-loving brother to John (Carol) Cauley, William (Carole) Cauley, James (Nancy) Cauley and Patricia (James) Hein; jokester brother-in-law to Marion Cauley, Louise Smith, Geraldine Snyder and Elizabeth Meyer; beloved uncle to 31 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Russel and Mabel (nee Carney) Cauley, a brother, T. Kenneth Cauley, and two grandsons, Phillip Shallue and Timothy Suckling. There are in addition many cousins, friends and neighbors who will miss his smiling Irish eyes, his quick witted sense of humor, his political opinions/arguments and his undaunted optimism.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 10th from 2-4 & 6-8PM at STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC; 1630 Edmondson Avenue; Catonsville, MD 21228. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM, Monday, February 11th at St. Mark Catholic Church Chapel; 26 Melvin Avenue; Catonsville, MD 21228. Interment in Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery on March 1st at 10AM.
