Our beloved son, husband, best friend and guide, Alex left us much too soon. Alex was a craftsman and caregiver; a good friend and a good man. Survived by his wife Mary Lisa, mother Mia, sisters-in-law Lynne and Beth Markus, and brother-in-law Kenneth Shepard. Preceded in death by his father Andy, his Oma Maria Zimmer, and his in-laws Art and Helene Markus. Alex loved his family and friends, hiking, fly fishing, gardening and the beauty of nature. Services 2:00pm thursday at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary and Cemetery.
