Connie passed away peacefully at Sky Ridge Hospital in Lone Tree, CO on April 22, 2023 at the age of 76. She was surrounded by her family and friends who supported her as she courageously battled pancreatic cancer for a very brief time. Throughout her illness she was challenged with many complications.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Shammas, son, Toby Zellers, her daughter-in-law, Carole, her step grandchild Bryan Senn and his wife Pati and 2 step great grandchildren Luke and Caley Senn. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Zellers, and parents, Hollis and Betty Fisher.
There will be a Celebration of Life service on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Spirit of Hope United Methodist Church 4300 S. Lincoln St. Englewood, CO. Her final resting place will be by her mother and son at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Centennial, CO.
