

Craig Lynn Frause, 67, of Lakewood, Colorado, suddenly passed away at home, on Thursday, June 4, 2020 from complications of COPD and Asbestosis developed from the Rocky Flats. He was a plumber by trade and belonged to the Plumber's union and Rocky Flats Retiree Association. He was an active member of the Englewood Elks. Born in Englewood, Colorado on July 14, 1952. He was the only child of the late Edward and Edna Frause. His father was a Pearl Harbor survivor and Craig loved traveling with his parents to all the Pearl Harbor Survivor events. He was very active in the Pearl Harbor Survivor's Sons and Daughters group.
Craig was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting. He lived life to the fullest and was larger than life. His jovial, happy and fun-loving spirit will be missed greatly by his family, friends and coworkers.
Craig is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Sheelagh Dytri; his daughter, Linzi Smith; and his grandchildren: Rose, Lily, Blade and Talon Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 from 9:30am until the start of the service at 10:00 at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary (6601 S. Colorado Blvd., Centennial, CO) with Reverend John Holland officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the services at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery.
The family invites guests to join them for a reception immediately following the services at the Englewood Elk's Lodge (3690 S. Jason St., Englewood, CO).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Craig's name be made to National Jewish Health (1400 Jackson St., Denver, CO) attn: Memorial Department.
