

Doug was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Margaret (Marge) Calhoun and daughter Ashli Crisp. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Marge (Anema) Brower, his daughter Shontelle Mannion, granddaughter Kayla Shaffron, grandsons Austin Pepin and Trevor Crisp and three great grandchildren;
Doug attended South High School before joining the Marine Corp serving 18 months in Vietnam. Later he continued his education at Metro State University receiving a Bachelor Degree in Drug and Alcohol abuse and continued on to get his Masters of Social Work degree from Denver University. He worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years.
There will be private graveside services at Fort Logan and a celebration of Doug’s life next summer when it is safer to get together.
The family is hosting an open visitation on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Parker Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 9030 Miller Road, Parker, CO from 1:00-3:00pm.
